Netflix has unveiled its first owned-and-operated retail outlet named Netflix.shop to sell products and merchandise fashioned off its shows. As per a blog post, the e-store will sell exclusive and limited editions of “carefully selected high-quality apparel and lifestyle products” related to Netflix’s shows regularly. Netflix, like some of its competitors (including Hulu and HBO Max), does not air commercials and relies on the monthly fees paid by its more than 200-million global subscribers.
